Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain, rinse in cold water, drain again,
then drizzle with a little sesame oil and toss through to prevent them sticking.
Add the dark sauce soy and the 5 spice powder to the chicken. Mix thoroughly before coating in cornflour.
Heat the wok and oil on high heat, until smoking. Add the chicken and cook through.
Add the pepper and stir fry for a minute.
Add the spring onion and bean sprouts and cook for under a minute.
Add the noodles sesame oil and chilli sauce (if using) and black pepper (if using).
